Palletisation


Palletisation using fast-palletising robots is very effective, and, in comparison to other mechanical palletisers, it is space-saving and low-maintenance. The Fuji-Ace four-axial robot offers a unique design of the linear track unlike any other articulated robot in the industry. This technical design helps to reduce the consumption of electric power by 50 %, and in some cases by up to 200 %, while with an appropriate configuration, it reaches a speed of up to 1,600 cycles an hour.

A gripping head and agreed accessories adjusted for the given application come as standard with each palletising robot.

Fuji-Ace robots can also be used for de-palletisation of products.
