The implementation of conveying systems requires appropriate and reliable components. Our range of products includes pipeline components, such as bends, pipe fittings, shut-off valves, hose caps, etc.…. Last but not least, we also offer a safeguard for silos, namely pressure relief/vacuum valve.
Pipe bends must meet specific requirements for diverse applications and industrial use.
Therefore we offer pipe bends of many types and materials - standard steel bends, with a pocket for abrasive materials, cast iron, stainless steel or glass ones.
Based on the customer´s requirements, the bends can be connected with pipe fittings or flanges. The wide range of sizes can meet the requirements of the most demanding customers.

Pipe fittings provide an economical way of connecting transfer pipes. Pipe fittings are designed to connect conveying system pipes and ducting. They can be used in both pressure and vacuum systems.
The wide range of sizes of the individual fittings allows a wide range of applications in various industries. No special preparation of the pipe ends is usually required for their installation, except for removal of burr, precise perpendicular cut and degreasing of the part of pipes which is to be attached.

Hose caps are suitable especially for pneumatic conveying of bulk materials, including abrasive ones. These valves can be used wherever it is necessary to maintain the full cross-section through the piping.
Based on the user´s needs, the body and cap inserts of these valves can be made from various materials. Thanks to the variability of the design, the valves can be used e.g. in the food processing, chemical and construction industry.

Butterfly valves for all kinds of applications can be used as shut-off or control fittings when handling various types of media in pressureless, pressure or vacuum conditions.
In addition to standard types of shut-off valves we also offer valves with an expandable seating (APS) which extends the service life of the valve seating in applications with abrasive materials.
The shut-off valves on offer provide thorough sealing between the flanges, thus eliminating the need to use other flange seals.
If requested, we can supply shut-off valves, including all necessary certificates, even for an environment where there is a risk of explosion.

The pressure relief and vacuum valve is a safety feature protecting the silo from damage incurred as a result of overpressure or vacuum, when large pressure or temperature fluctuations, fermentation, etc. might occur during filling or discharge.
In such a case, the pressure relief and vacuum valve automatically opens and renews atmospheric conditions inside the silo or tank. As soon as the atmospheric conditions are reached, the valve closes.
The safety valve is installed directly onto the silo lid or using a weld flange which is a part of the valve.

When you need to change the diameter of transfer pipes, it is possible to use an adaptor for that purpose. The wide range of sizes offers an easy solution to this problem.
Adaptors can come either in standard stainless steel or in hardened stainless steel. Extended flat run-outs make it possible to connect the adaptor with the piping using pipe fittings.
